For those who don't understand French, here's the translation: "And what does being French has to do with the fact you're looking for a workout program? Do you have trouble reading english?"
(sorry, but this forum doesn't show the accents)
;)

Those online machine translators give awful translations. It is only good at giving a global overview of what the text is about, but more often than not it is terrible. To be good, a translation must be done by a human professional translator, i.e. me ;).
Bonjour
Bonjour
;) Bonjour, comment ca va?
Oui oui. Au Revoir. Tres bien, merci.

Bon, on pourrait toujours apprendre....
Yeah, they suck, what what can you do? Well, guess you can always learn the language... good to see some French-speakers here, BTW :)

Spanish, however, is a different story here....

Well, thank you, kind sir! :) Merci beaucoup!
Hey ca parle francais ici !!! Happy to read french on bodybuilding;com !
Enjoy your stay on bb.com !!

Hmm...all I have is 6 years of Spanish and I can read 85-90% of that.
Fascinating!

Yeah, dude, Portuguese and Italian are super-easy like that, too. Easy to make the jump.
Betcha got darn near 100% of that, huh? ;)

I'm aware! It's just I've actually "avoided" learning French and it's still pretty clear. I can't "hear" it but it's clear in writing.

Yeah, but practice, practice, practice makes... well, not perfect, but pretty good :) I HATE the fact that I'm slowly losing these languges that I really busted my butt to learn due to not practicing for years.

Cool, man, Canada (Quebec) is my next travel destination... I've traveled all over, but ignored both of my neighboring countries so far (Canada and Mexico). It might make for some good practice while I'm there :)
Is it correct ? Je vais plutot continuer en francais ... I know a little bit of japanese too if you want ?... Hahaha

Did you try the "Prise de Masse - 3 s?ances par semaine" ? You don't need to train 6 days a week for mass.
