nahhh. 2 eggs morning. can of tuna. some form of vegetable protein. and then 9 oz of chicken/steak/or fish. that'll suffice.
but on the weekends tho i may eat a BIG azz steak.

Whenever I'm in need of protein I'll get 2 hard boiled eggs along with a bowl of lentils and whole wheat bread with almond butter.
16 ozs of meat? Is that supposed to be difficult to do? Most of my meals are about 6 ozs of meat, 4 times a day (no meat in breakfast) so I almost knock back about 1.5 lbs of meat a day.

Ate 600g of ground beef for supper yesterday. That's like 1.3lbs or something.
Also had a bowl of spinach I made because it was in the freezer and noone else would eat it. Soooo gross. I vow to never eat spinach again unless it's in a pizza or something.
I eat about 6eggs a day 6oz meat for lunch 10-12oz meat for dinner (usually chicken, tilipia or steak) Though tonight i had a 12oz juicy burger at a bar and grille!
Then i get some more protein from cottage cheese, milk and the occasional whey.
grilled myself up a lb and a half of sirloin pork chops today for memorial day actually.... but only bc it was on sale at the store for 1.75.. usually eat 9-14 oz of either chicken or beef on a daily basis though.. its the only way i manage to get all my protein in...(HATE tuna!)
