i know lots of people here take creatine and whey protein
but how do u do it?
i wanna take my creatine after workouts..but i also wanna take my whey
i dont wanna mix both in water, cause the flavors dont match, and itll be disgusting as ****
so can i take my creatine, and then seperately the whey protein with milk? or how can i do this?

Take a spoonful of creatine in one hand, a glass of water in the other, and have it. Do this before or after your whey.
Yes you can take them both seperately if you like. I assume you are taking bulk CEE since you complain of the taste? I recommend mixing about 1 oz of water with 1/2 tsp of CEE and taking it shot glass style. Drink your whey seperatley. Reps plz.

nah, its just the two flavors wont mix right together. but they both taste good
so right after i workout, i can drink my creatine, then a few min later drink a glass full of whey protein with milk? no problems?

What kind of creatine are you using?? Both Mono and Kre-alkalyn are pretty much tasteless and you wouldnt even notice them in a shake, are u using a pre-mixed creatine/sugar mix?

it tastes really good, its fruit punch, so yeah its pre-mixed-sugar in it creatine that tastes good.
which is why i dont wanna mix. so can i take it seperately or nah?

yes you can, take your creatine then have your shake or vise versa, it doesn't really matter.
heres what i did when i used phos****en hp, i bought on's 100% whey tropical punch and used a little bit of fruitpunch gatorade, a lot of water and shook it all up. the taste was actually pretty good, you just gotta shake it real good and not get chunks.
