Ok bananas will produce seratonin
which will relax us and therefore should not be eaten before workingout.
so how long should we leave between eating for example two bananas and working out

First of all its serotonin. And a variety of foods contain it including, dates, tomatoes, kiwi, certain meats, cheese, etc.
Two bananas isn't going to produce enough serotonin to hinder your workout.
If your concerned with it than how about just eating them PWO.
It's common sense.

Don't bananas prevent cramping or something?
actually if i remember correctly, Bananas are one of the few fruits that contain the three natural sugars - sucrose, fructose and glucose. Two bananas is 'supposedly' gives you as much energy as a cup of cofee, but it is sustained energy.
I think there is like 36g of carbs in a banana and which is a lot. Great thing to eat prework IMO.

yeah...they have a ton of potassium in them, which helps a lot with cramping.
I've eaten a banana pre-workout for over 2 years and I'm still having kick ass workouts.
I have 3 bananas postworkout.
post is ok
my question was regarding preworkout
carbs=good preWO
banana=carbs
banana=good preWO
little math for ya :)
I eat bananas throughout the day really keeps my energy up. Probably have about 4 a day.
I eat a banana almost every morning as part of my breakfast. What's with you guys eating two or three or more of any fruit in one shot? You should mix it up, one fruit per meal. No need to go overboard on any one fruit and eat multiple pieces just because it's good for you.
