I know rest days are needed to grow. But i find myself wanting to go to the gym or go for a run on rest days. How do you guys cope?

May u have a day where u have long school/work which u can use as rest days.
U will have less free-time so u wont get bored if u have to do sth. for school , for example.
Also u could try to go fuarking hard the day before rest day to get tired and sore as fuark for the next day.
Should be working fine.
Do conditioning work.
Heavy bag, prowler, sled dragging, hill sprinting something like that.
Kick it. Hit macros early.

Idk about you, but my rest days are much needed
Realize that there is more to life than bodybuilding and training, you should have no problems.
How do you have so much time on your hands?
get a job, go to school.
Eat lots, fap and maybe do some stretches.
2 hours of lectures and some work to do on my rest days. I pretty much spend the rest of the day sleeping
