Can flexing and holding it help with building muscle or definition?
i was just wondering if when your just at work just sitting around or walking around if i were to just stand there and flex my arms for 10 seconds like every 10 minutes would that help build muscle at all or help define the muscle and i guess this goes for any body part but does any one know if it is possible. i know my friend told me while weight lifting say your doing curls and after your set you just squeeze for 10 seconds it will keep pumping blood into the bicep which will define it but idk if he was makeing it up, so if anyone knows about just sitting around and flexing if it helps in anyway it would be nice to know thanks!
