30 Day Controlled Labs Blue GrowtH Review

[b][size=+3][color=blue][center]Final Review![/center][/color][/size][/b]
Alright boys and girls, as you may have guessed it this is my final review of [color=blue]Blue GrowtH[/color]. Throughout this log I achieved exactly what I wanted to, I maintained my weight while getting noticeably leaner (I wanted to take before pics but couldn't work it out at the time). The easiest way I can post the effects from [color=blue]Blue GrowtH[/color] is by listing them like so:
[b]Quality of Sleep:[/b]
This was by far the most noticeable effect. In the first week I didn't really notice anything but a more restful sleep. By the second week the effects were in full swing. I was falling asleep within a half hour of taking [color=blue]Blue Growth[/color] and my quality of sleep was amazing. I had dreams close to every night which meant I was spending more time in REM sleep and I typically don't have very many dreams at all. I even felt great waking up on only 4-6 hours of sleep a few times.
[b]Strength Increases:[/b]
I didn't have much noticeable strength increases until the last week and a half or so but when I did they were HUGE numbers, for those of you following along you know what I mean. Most noticeably was my BTB shrugs increases. I went from 440x6 to 440x10 in 2 weeks :eek:
[b]Changes in Intensity:[/b]
This was HUGE in the final week of this log...I was training harder and faster than I had in a very long time without changing anything in my diet so this can be attributed strictly to [color=blue]Blue GrowtH[/color]. My workouts went faster without cutting any corners and I was putting up heavier weight.
[b]Recovery:[/b]
To be 100% honest I didn't notice any change in recovery during this log which was surprising. I got great sleep at night but it didn't seem to change the level of DOMS.
[b]Real Test, Would I buy again?[/b]
Down the road if this comes on sale or I can get a deal on it (I'm a cheapskate lol) I would definitely purchase. To me sleep is the most beneficial part of the bodybuilding lifestyle and I think it's worth it for that aspect alone. If I was to buy again I wouldn't run it for just one month though; as I said I felt the full effect of [color=blue]Blue GrowtH[/color] in the last week and a half. I can only imagine how crazy the next 4 weeks would have been if I kept running it.
[b]In Summary:[/b]
-Great sleep
-Increases in strength noticed in the middle of the 3rd week and continued till conclusion
-Crazy intensity in the weight room in the last week and a half
-Would buy again and would not run for less than 8 weeks
