What is a good breakfast for bulking? I want it to be high protein and carbs and at least 700 cals.
3 eggs (210 cals)
2 source yogurts on top of 1/2 cup kashi golean cereal (170 cals)
2 pieces of ezekial break with 1tbsp peanut butter on each (340 cals)
Filling, tastes good, easy to prepare, healthy, and has 720 calories with roughly 30f 70c 50p
whole wheat pancakes with 5 eggs (2 yolks, 3 whites) with some whole wheat bread.
put some peanut butter and walden farms syrup on the pancakes.. so good
2 sausage egg n cheese mcgriddles and 2 hash browns be sure to load that shet with ketchup, meebe an oj if your feeling thirsty.
1 cup Oats
2 eggs
2 pieces whole wheat toast
1 cup. Skim milk.
App. Macros Calories 771 41g protein/110g carbs /19g fat. If you wanted more protein you could just throw in a scoop of protein with the milk.
I usually have 4/5 eggs with some bacon and some green tea
