One training session per day, but they are pretty intense. Double cardio days started this week. It was time to face the music and finally get the concept that increased cardio is the only way I am going to lose the belly since the diet is tight as a$$.
Prepping for the Nova Scotia Provincial show on April 6th and if funds allow to do the Atlantics in Moncton the following weekend on the 13th.

Why not try the same weight and try for an increase in reps rather than weight?

Can't even remember the last time I did flat bench, but I got 305 last November and then killed my shoulder.
Took a break; came back, start getting close again, wrecked my shoulder again.
Pisses me off I am stronger in every single lift than I was 10 years ago; except bench press.

That really sucks Flex. Honestly I think I'm headed that way too with my left rotator cuff. My body just doesn't like flat bench at all. I'd like to get 405 before I call er quits on bench though lol...by quits I mean lifting any more than 300 lbs.

Good job. If you're interested in progressing with this lift maybe you should consider a Smolov Jr or Sheiko program. Check them out.

Have you looked into a powerlifting style bench setup, to see if it doesn't help the RC any? I've been seeing a lot of people talking about shoulder issues on bench, and seems like they stem from setup.
