Cristiano Ronaldo
Hi there,
I am a new user who do not know English very well. Sorry for grammar errors.
I've red something about Cristiano Ronaldo. He works hard. He does 2-3 hours training, high intensity running, sprint workout and ball training four times a week. After all he goes to gym. How can he's muscles withstand? Why he's muscles collapse?

His muscles can withstand, because he know's if they don't, I'll be coming for him.

because Fifa sprays creatine on the football pitches. so the players sniff it and their gains skyrocket. othwerwise they would all collapse in the grass no doubt!

He spends a good portion of his day crying so he has plenty of time to rest...

some forumers in some parts of the world are thinking "who the hell is cristiano ronaldo?"
-
He's a professional athlete with a club that generates 479.5 million euros a year.
I'm sure he gets state of the art training and supplementation.
-
Because he eats well, trains well and rests well. Easy as that.
