THOUGHTS
-lean mass has dropped to just about where I go when I am dried out. not concerned at this moment
-so obviosly last weeks bf drop was more impressive, now to read through my log for the reason(detective time)
-I am happy with the progress though!!! It seems my body has pretty well broke through the 230 barrier which always seemed to be a stick point for me.
