6'2 190 new workout routine....
Im 6'2 190 pounds im 19 years old bout to be 20... I signed a big contract with a modeling company and I was asked to bulk up around 210ish and for my chest and midsection to be pretty rippped..... now i have a gosh close to a year to accomplish this. my friend is a bodybuilder around here and he took me to get some ANATOR and NOS to help me bulk up... now i was wondering what the best upper body workouts would be and what are good supplements for cuttin once i get the desire weight and get bigger? I just need to focus on getting bigger first so the uper body workout question would be great if anybody could help.. Thank you and have a nice day.
