^quality customer service. Hey we fuked up and made you wait and then fuked up again by sending the wrong thing. We are going to say it's made right then make you wait, not answer toe questions, then make fun of you for calling us on it. Great way to start up a company. I guess the customer isn't #1 to you guys

Pretty terrible way to represent a company with that last statement.
If a consumer is promised "X" product, they should recieve that product.
Not be told "You get what you get, be happy for it".
Also let's not blame the mix up on my seperation from the company.
I believe if we ask anyone who was associated with me during my time on the team, I was more than happy to respond to EVERY PM and ensure they were taken care of.
Which, from what I'm seeing, is more than can be said with what's going on now.

InItForFitness did reply to every PM an tried to help as much as possible to get things straightened out. I've sent PM's to TJ and was reassured in this thread that I would get tracking numbers on the products. I had to send my address in at least 3-5 times so they could ship it out because everything kept getting lost on the way to "corporate." Never received a product or tracking number. Disappointed that the only thing I got was reassurance that I would get something.
