What to eat?
I'm about to start bulking, and I wanted to find out what you guys eat. I'm trying to find a consistent food I could have everyday that would be easy to make, as an extra to what I'm already eating. Someone suggested mixing yogurt and oats and then drinking it, but do you have to boil them first? Thanks

Whey
Chicken
Tuna
Beef
Sweet Potatoes
Cottage Cheese
Pasta
That's the bulk of my diet.
1.5 cup oats (raw)
16 oz milk
3 TBSP PB
1 scoop whey
^in a blender will make a 1000+ calorie shake that you can drink in 5 minutes.

All oats you buy at the store are already cooked, you dont need to boil them. You have to buy raw oats online and they tend to go bad rather quickly.
