Right now I am making it with natural chunky peanut butter and blue berries like the video showed. I will have to see what proteins I have to try other flavors but I am good with the way this is. I had it yesterday and today and then my Hydrobuilder after my workout! Muscles feel full!

When I first discovered sludge, I had it like 4 times a day for a month

5x5
SQUATS:135, 205, 245,270
DEADLIFTS:225, 275, 325, 355, 315X8. *325 grip fail
MILITARY :100, 120, 125, 140
EZ BAR CURL (STANDING) NARROW GRIP: 70X10, 80X10, 90X8
FARMER'S WALK 80X100FT, 90X100FT, 90X100FT ( WEIGHT=DB IN EACH HAND)
NOTES: Where do I begin. First off, this has to be in my top ten best work outs of my life. Not just in terms of PRs and whatnot...but motivation, drive, focus, continuity of each lift, the energy....everything was at 100%. Ok, so my bitch wrist is about 90% better. I lifted through the pain, no big deal. However I am not sure if I was nursing it too much or what, but 140 on military presses were HEAVY. Last week 135 was a sinch now 140 was almost too heavy....? Ill try 145 next week and hopefully it wont be as hard. I DO NOT want to run the risk of a shoulder injury. My grip is weak. I dropped 325 DL at my 4th rep because my grip litterly gave out, So I strapped up for 355.. So I incorporated farmers walk for grip/cardio. Everything except the presses were money. Really excited to ride this program until all my lifts stall, which is a LONG ways away.

The wife would shyte a brick. She already commented on the fact that it's two extra scoops of protein a day on top of the three I already take. I told her it's the price of sexy and muscular!

Bro, all you need is someone there to spot you to get you through those heavy weights. I have bad shoulders and tend to nurse them when the weights start to get up there. I know I can do them, but I stop myself, afraid of hurting myself. When I get one of my gym buddies there just to add that extra layer of support if my shoulder stars to give, I am able to get through that heavy lift! You know you got this!

I really think it was just something mental. A 5 lbs increase and suddenly it got difficult.....gtfo. Its def in my head. I am going to pop some ibuprofen and ice it tomorrow. If it still bothers me come Saturday, Ill ask someone for a spot.

Bro, one thing I learned and I don't know much, never hesitate to ask someone for a spot. One of my good workout buddies I met because he merely asked me for a spot. Just him being there during a heavy lift helped me to push through without the possibility of injury to myself even though I knew I could lift the weight. It's def a mind thing. We tend to protect ourself when we have an injury!

I agree, having the added assurance of a spotter who'll catch a bar before it karate chops your throat really allows you to get past the mental block and push until you've either got nothing left, or hit your reps. Plus you can always meet new friends.

Thanks man. I really want my form to be perfect as I progress. I do not want to inherit bad habits as my strength increases. A 350lb squat doesnt mean **** if it looks like garbage.
Ill post some bench and deadlift videos next sesh.

I can attest, my 335 squat is garbage.
Strong depth, good back angle, knees looked good, looked like same foot spread I use. Nice squats. I'll be deloading and making a new video on Wednesday.

I disagree that it was "garbage". It wasnt bad at all, you just need to make some minor adjustments bro.
