progress....150 - 175
hey, i started liftin about 6 months ago... bit less. since then i gained a good bit of weight. i've gained size on all bodyparts. just seein what you guys think.
i've added a bit of bf% unfortunately. i'll be bulking til about may 08. then i'm going to cut to 7-8% (i'd say i'm about 12 now)
just wondering what do you guys think my bf% is now?

It is. why would I BS about my weight? It's how you look that matters. I agree though i don't think I look as heavy as I am.
If you don't believe me i'll take a pic of my scales and post it 2mo. my gym and home scales give the same reading. and i'm actually a bit heavier now. closer to 179. just checked at the gym bout an hour ago.
edit: and also looking at one of your previous threads, you say all you do is bench and curl (and sit ups). i train everything so of course i'll be heavier

good transformation. keep it up with a clean diet. your weight can fluctuate 5lbs daily... don't count on the scale.

You look like you added some muscle, it looks to be pretty evenly distributed though, keep it up!

I know weight can fluctuate. thats my average weight. and i'll keep counting the scale (AND MEASURING)

Wow, you guys, I weigh almost 170 and I honestly look like i'm 155 MAX. He definitely looks like a 175, he's just not ripped.

Why would he lie about his weight? You obviously have a much lower body fat percentage than he does, and you can't see his legs. You also need to take into account things like bone structure and water weight. I weighed 145 at my skinniest and I honestly looked as small as guys my height who weighed 125. I have no doubt he's telling the truth. I just don't see why he'd lie.

why would he lie about his weight you serious man? why are people so dumb ever heard of bone structures, i dont' mean to be so pissed off but why do people accuse those of lieing about their WEIGHT, its how you look is it not? and he definately looks 175 he's around 14% bf big whoop man, if he was 7-8bf he prolly would weigh around 160 lbs. You obviously are leaner than he is why are you so surprised he's heavier, plus it looks like he has a few bigger body parts chest? how are your legs? legs carry a lot of weight.
I'm tired of these stupid posts saying... durrrr your not 175 cuz i'm 165 and I look bigger than you durr!!

wow you look just like me from behind when i was 16... except i weight around 185lbs... i'm also 5'11'', why maybe because I have bigger bones/legs than you.. not everyone is the same man just cuz you look like that at 161 doesn't mean everyone does at that height, plus include your lower body...
pic is crappy quality but yea...

yea, im gonna have to support that. are you 175 at night or in the morning, cuz it can make a big difference. Im up to 181 right now and have recently (within the past 2 months ) gotten up to 181 and I was much bigger than you at 175. try weighing again very first thing in the morning without food. Definite progress and good work on the weight gain tho.

sometimes I weigh more sometimes less. That's the average.

good work can deff see you added plenty of mass. looks nice and even except ONE thing... I think your traps might be lagging a little bit. other than that u are doing good man keep it up.

You are definitely a lot bigger. The arms and chest are where I see the most change. And for the record, I believe you are 175. It seems as if that extra weight could be from the body fat you gained and/or the amount of weight you added to your legs. I konw I don't look 180 by judging by my upper body, and it's because my legs are my best part.
