Just tried putting peanut butter in my shake to get some fat in but it was a disaster lol. My friend uses ground flax seed in his shakes. Is this a good substitution?

If you use peanut butter, you should blend it. Stirring it takes muscle and a little patience but it will break down eventually. Mix whey firast before adding. Flax seeds are fine. I use flaxseed powder or coconut oil in evry breakfast shake.

Hulled hemp seeds are tastier in my opinion and have a great nutritional profile
If you have your mind set on the flax seeds, grind them first or else they pretty much just pass through you.

^^ this. And yes it's a very healthy choice as ground flax seeds are extremely high in fiber
Ok bros so decided to get milled flax, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame seeds and goji berries instead of just milled flax seeds. It says have two dessert spoons a day but ill just have one for now to make it last longer.
