Eat as many as you want. There isn't such thing as too many egg whites
No...
They are like ~17cals each if from a large egg, if you can be bothered cracking the eggs (or use white white mix) why not each 25 a day as it's only 425cals or basically pure protien.
1.
Whole eggs are great though.
I wish there was an easy way to get the egg whites out of a real egg =.=

I wish it was healthy to eat 6-8 full eggs per day.
Pumpernickel bread with american cheese with coffee. Insanely Good!
it's going to be your personal egg tolerance.
Egg white is more nutritious than the average bread, cereal, etc. that reasonably healthy non lifters eat.
8/ day? I have like 15 in my oatmeal every morning. Eat up son :P.
dont think theres a thing as too much. same with whole eggs i wouldnt worry either.
to get the egg whites out of the egg just crack the egg in half and play with the yolk over the bowl/pan scooping it back and forth between the two shells.

It is, I eat 6-10 whole eggs a day. Next to tuna its one of the cheapest healthiest protein sources.
Not to mention its the best possible protein source.

In price its behind chicken ($2/dozen @ 6g per-->42g protein per dollar, 1.69/lb @ 6g per oz-->56.8g per dollar)
In bioavailability, it is behind whey
but i love eggs and whites
Eggs have more nutrition than chicken. Chicken tastes yuck to me. Maybe the 150g a day in tuna means i dont like any more light meat.

You don't like chicken?? WTF? Is it only boiled chicken? Or chicken with any marinade / sauce / seasoning?
would it be fine to have 2 of the 6 eggs be the full egg or would you guys not recommend that?

It's fine if all 6 are whole eggs.

Is there any particular reason you are avoiding whole eggs? at 70 calories per I can't imagine any reason to not eat them. The cholesterol has been proven to have little to no negative effects on blood cholesterol and what effect it does have is usually good unless you are predisposed to high cholesterol.
You're probably right. I guess i have always been brainwashed into thinking they are not good for you.. but after doing some readings it turns out the yellow part is where most of the nutrients come from.
Your saying around 70/cal per egg, and how much protein on average? I have medium sized eggs.

Mine are large omega 3 eggs and are 70 calories with 6g protein each.

There is a what to get the egg whites out. use a round flat spoon big enough to hold one egg white. I use that to separate them and enjoy the whites as I boil them in one vessel and worry less about peeling boiled eggs :D

crack your egg into a wire strainer.

8 Eggs before noon checking in!
Actually, just to be accurate, there is such a thing as too many egg whites (in the absence of yolks).
When cooked you're mostly likely OK with a moderate to high amount, but when talking about a couple dozen or more you should probably start looking for another source of protein. If you're eating them raw (not popular but some do), you need to be much more careful.
You see, egg whites were always meant to be consumed with the yolks and there is some symbiosis there in relation to the human diet.
I know because I was looking for a cheap source of protein on a cut way back when and I had a few very bad side effects. Granted I was consuming many of those whites raw, but I had headaches, bloody noses, and my I lost an inch on my hairline in less than a month. Yes, srs.

That said, there is such a thing as too many egg whites. But when not taken to extremes and not taken raw you're probably going to be ok. Just for the sake of accuracy since the OP asked (many years ago) "how many is too many?"
That's a 4 year old thread...
Eggs white is just like whey: Convenient but not nutritive and overrated.
