Final Keto Log
Have been browsing the forums and looked at some of my many old logs. If I would have stuck with it from the beginning I wouldn't be here.
I read something yesterday that really resonated with me. It was about how there are so many holidays in the year and "excuses" to cheat but you shouldn't use them all. It showed me that I need to adapt my lifestyle if I want to get fit. This is really important as holidays have started.
I also decided to go on a booze ban for the rest of the year. I don't have issues with drinking but it won't help me achieve my goals.
I do a mix of cardio, lifting, and yoga. Started Keto yesterday.
Today is a great example. I have a baby shower to attend. I got up early and did my workout. No excuses there. Now I need to make sure I eat Keto friendly foods at the shower. Not using this as an excuse to "cheat" or start over. This is how I got to my final starting weight of 185.7.

Happy to say I stayed on track today at the shower and avoided the bagels and mimosa fountain. I am working on getting my willpower back. The new saying is Bellini or bikini. I pick bikini.
This week I am off tue-thur and not going on vacay but will be going out. I am planning to research places before I go out to eat and of course no booze.

Decided to lift today and Thursday since I'm off for the next few days.

Kept up with the exercise all week. I had a day where I backslid diet wise. Need to work on my discipline and willpower.

Cardio for today is done. I think lifting will be non wed and sat next week. I may go tomorrow but I'll see how I'm feeling.
Have to go out for lunch and dinner tonight but already pre planned what to have to stay on track.
