Howd the diet and routine look like?
Howd the diet and routine look like?
diet and routine were pretty simple. lean meats and vegetables and drank only water. limited the amount of carbs daily.every 3 days i would fill up on carbs because i would lose a lot of energy throughout the day. filled up on complex carbs, mostly brown rice and occasionally a slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter. ate 6 times a day, every 2 to 3 hours. workout routine was made up and straightforward, one muscle group a day, saturday was all cardio. no days off. i think it worked perfectly.
Nice cut bro. Looking shredded! No before pics?
Not to be offensive, your body looks digusting. Your chest is un por portioned and it makes you look kinda gay
I'm sorry OP but this is my opinion.
You look like a fruit cake
unfortunately i dont have any before pics. ive always been a skinny kid. before i began weight lifting i was 140 pounds. i started to eat very healthy and lean and these are the results after about 2 years. lost even more body fat and gained muscle and weight the harder and longer way.

chest looks unproportioned prob due to the way i was flexing. it does not look like that normally. no need for the offensive fruit cake remark.

i really have no prior weight. when i started weight lifting i never tried to bulk at all.i just ate really healthy and leaned out as much as i can. in about a year and a half i gained 17 pounds from 140 to 157. i did watch calories and did run at a deficit for some time. which was not a real problem because every 3rd day i would refuel with. with alot of healthy foods of course. thanks for the comment

thanks. will be doing more incline in the future. thanks for the advice.
I think you chest looks too small. Just saying, maybe you could improve on it.
When I am focusing on bringing up my upper chest I usually open up with Incline, or even an incline superset. Pre exhaust with a set of Flies and then bust out some presses in the 8-10 range, do four sets that way and proceed with your chest workout however you like. Drop sets also work wonders. Great job on your cut though, repped.
