Excuse my 'plating' - no actual plates here, no need for any. Besides, less plates means less to wash. Pork tenderloin and chicken breast. Believe it or not, the chicken was fall-apart tender. 2 and a half hours at 200 degrees Fahrenheit and you can practically forget about it without drying it out. MEN XV, here we come!

Have not had Fiber One, but i tried a vita-top and its like the egg sandwiche's they come out a touch dry even when under microwaved (fear of making them too crisp or dry) they taste ok at best, for the price not worth it.

Serving of Chex apple cinnamon cereal, a pound of FF vanilla GY, a 4 tbsp bees knees/2scoops trutein cinnabon sludge (fking amazing..) all tossed around with 2 sundae poptarts crushed.
