I refuse to agree to disagree. Agree with me or give up your life. There are no other options. Granny smith or death. Take your pick.

Yes. Only real men like Granny Smith apples.

Terrible pic, but my newest shake creation. Oatmeal cinnamon bun MRP shake....was pressed for time this AM so I blended up my usual breakfast. came out DELICIOUS. I will prob make a quick vid for this one in a few days so you get a better view.
-40g of cooked oats cooked in water (made the night before and I let them sit in the fridge. they expand a ton and get a unique texture, plus it saves time)
-Dash of cinnamon, splenda, vanilla extract
-2-4 oz of water (or milk/milk substitute. would be better im sure)
-2-4 ice cubes (depending on desired consistency)
-1 scoop dymatize elite cinnamon bun casein. This stuff is crack and makes the shake. You could try vanilla and add extra cinnamon but it prob wont be the same.
add all of the above into blender and blend until smooth.

post workout eggos (forgot how much these things suck. 99 cent box lured me in. prob will not purchase again).
1 topped with cool whip, 1 with vanilla ice cream, and all drizzled in WF

Wow, impressive lifts as usual! And eggos are hit or miss depending on the flavor. The blueberry and choc chip are pretty tasty IMO over plain. They even better than they taste while they're toasting.
-
Can you come to Marist and cook for me pls :D
-
I got a box of the low fat eggos and they do indeed suck. Never again.

if you want a fast option, just make them ahead of time in bulk and freeze yourself
much cheaper and still tastier
-
Goodness Max, your log moves fast. New shake sounds delicious! And that fried rice...I'm addicted to it right now.

meh, im not really that pressed for time that id freeze real waffles, nor enough of a "waffle junkie"...but liek I said, 99 cents for the box. idk if you can really beat that for home made. I know u love crunching #s though so I dont doubt you.

I hate eggos and I'd take it for $0.99. Drench it in enough Walden Farms' SF maple syrup and it probably tastes good.

40g(raw) oats cooked in water, preferably the night before or at least cooled off
~2oz water/milk/almond milk/etc...
bit of cinnamon
splash of vanilla extract
splenda to taste
2-3 ice cubes
1 scoop protein (I used cinnamon bun)
blend.
macros: 4g fat/32g carbs/29g pro

I've been toasting waffles and breaking them up over some quality vanilla ice cream and cinnamon toast crunch, and the reduced fat egos seem to work fine for that... Especially at 70 cals a waffle. Better suggestions for frozen at the cal level? The vans naturals are good, but spendy.
