5 Month Results ( 2 Months In Gym)
The before picture was sometime in june, the after picture was taken at the end of october... I'm pretty sure I wasn't flexing in the first picture either but I was in the second.
I slack on legs I need to hit them more... Idk my max squat or starting.
I don't do dead lifts... but I might start
My starting bench was like 70lbs ... my current is 135 for 7 reps.
