Cracked my lower back while squatting
I dun goofd. Went for a srs squatting session today, and on the last set my legs must've been tired, and crapped out on me. I dropped the bar on the rack and cracked my lower back. I've had minor lower back problems for a while, and I guess this was the last crack (lol). My back hurts like hell, and I'm stopping all physical activity until I get better. Now it hurts to walk, sit and bend over. I'm just glad I'm still able to walk. I took 2 tylenol so far and it's gotten a little better but I'll take some Advil PM tonight and I'll see a therapist soon.
