Is there any harm of doing this if you still got enough sleep afterwards?
Just curious, because I usually go at this time. I prefer it when it's a bit quieter, and I just like to workout late at night.

Like you said if you get enough sleep along with food it's no different
dude i work out at 3 am and its great :D
As long as you get enough sleep and eat right its fine
As long as you don't sacrifice sleep, it shouldn't be a problem.
