first ph cycle: h-drol

so i'm just finishing up my summer cut and plan on giving a PH a shot for my fall/winter bulk. after reading over various forums for the past month or so this is the rough draft of what seems best for a first time run. how does it look? any thoughts, comments, opinions, etc would be much appreciated especially with the dosing of nolva.

Precycle(2 weeks)
-liver longer--2 caps ED
-cycle support--2 scoops ED

Cycle(4 weeks)
-h-drol--2 pills ED(50 mg)
-liver longer--2 caps ED
-cycle support--2 scoops ED

Post Cycle(4 weeks)
-nolva--40/20/20/10
-might also throw in lean xtreme
-will finish remaining bottle of cs

no need for liver longer and cycle support. If you don't have the nolva already i wouldn't even bother with it just do something otc. But if you have it go for it.

so cs will cover liver protection by itself? i was thinking about giving reversitol a go as well instead of nolva, but i had pubertal gyno and i don't wanna take chances.

Other than the PCT, that's pretty much what I'm planning on doing for my next cycle. I'll have nolva available for emergency use, but I expect to go with an OTC PCT otherwise (maybe Reversitol). I'm also thinking about extending cycle support in to PCT and/or using post cycle support.

actually since i need 2 bottles of cs anyways and will have leftovers ill also extend cs throughout pct.

Cycle Support will cover all you support supps needs and I believe you can do a OTC PCT here no nolva needed.

great, that will save me some. as i said though, i had pubertal gyno and i don't think it would be wise for me to take a chance considering how cheap and proven nolva is anyways.

If you are not going to run the Nolva no need to extend the Cycle Support into pct a Post Cycle Support and Reversitol combo pct has been mentioned a few times as of the last few days looks interesting. I wish you the best feel free to ask anymore questions. I will levae you a link on otc pct that may help.

Ya just go with cycle support. and you might want to consider going into 5 weeks. My first ph i ran h-drol and regret only running it 4 weeks. I had literally zero sides, and i didn't even run a liver support. It takes a while to kick in for me it didn't really kick in until the 3rd week which kinda sucked. That was the only downside to it.

what dosages were you using? if i'm counting properly, in order to run it 5 weeks at at least 50mg i would need 2 bottles instead of 1. also what kind of gains did you get?

I ran it at 50mg for 4 weeks. I gained couple while losing a decent amount of bf.
But i did get some decent strength gains out of it. Cant really remember too many details it was a while ago i did it.

Will work fine.

O/T- Gets old seeing reps pimping all day on here. Why do OTC PCT when a SERM is cheaper and definitely going to be more effective?

because SERMs are hit or miss for some. also, some SERM producers have questionable production quality.

and OP, for only 50mgs per day that nolva dosage looks way overkill

Yea man i feel ya, I have pubertal gyno and have been thinking about running a PH for some time now but am worried about the flare up. Out of your research did you find H-drol to be the safest one in at least regards to that?

Personally, if there was a legal source of pharmaceutical quality products available at a reasonable price, I would agree with you. Unfortunately, I don't know of one. The thought of using research chemicals makes me very uneasy. And, that's the only source I've got for a "real" SERM. Even if I found some place on line that was selling a SERM meant for human consumption, I can't get a prescription. So, it wouldn't be legal for me to purchase and use it - getting caught could lead to big problems in my life.

Because of these issues, OTC options - especially those that have been known to work well for others - often end up being the lessor of the evils. I wish that weren't the case. But I don't see things changing any time soon.

what do you think about 20/20/10/10

or 40 the first day then 30 for the rest of the week/20/10/10

im no expert on nolva so get some info from others also but for a h-drol cycle of 50/50/50/50 you dont need much. id guess 10/10/5/5

I would save the Liver Longer as that stuff is expensive and the CS will cover your liver for such a mild cycle.

Also, I'd probably save the nolva and just keep it on hand just in case. I'm personally going to give Reversitol a shot for my next H-drol cycle and I'll probably pair it with Post Cycle Support just to be safe.

If you have nolva on hand then I'd suggest buying a second bottle of H-drol since it's cheap, running it at 50mg for 2 weeks and then bumping it to 75mg for 4 weeks. This ends up using every pill. In this case, I'd say use the nolva since you'll be a little more shut down after 6 weeks of use although it's STILL pretty mild. I ran a Bold/H-drol cycle for 10 weeks total and I've been on pct for 2.5 weeks and feel 100% great. (Bold for 8 weeks and h-drol starting on week 5 for 6 weeks)

You'll love the H-drol. I plan on an H-drol solo run over the winter because I love the stuff so much. I hope you bought CEL's. I've found theirs to be the best.

Oh, and on the nolva... I dosed mine 40mgs for 3 days, 30mgs for 4 days, 20mgs for 1 week, and 10mgs for 2 weeks. I'm also using some Post Cycle Support since I was on such a long cycle and had combined it with Bold.
