Ok, so I recently heard that nuts are a great source of fats, and I was wondering how many people eat nuts (no homo), how much, when, etc or if there are better ways to get your good fats in. Thanks for the info.

I do! (no hoe, lmao)
I eat them whenever. Almonds, pistachios, cashews. Om nom nom.
There's lots of good ways to get your fatties in. Avocado, fish oil, flax, flax oil, olive oil, peanut butter (and other nut butters) etc. All super good for you.
I would likely help with this, but there is a Nutrition section here.
I eat almonds, peanuts, etc whenever. they're a pretty good source of fat, and are pretty calorie dense.

that was a dick move.
I get most of my fats from eggs and olive oil.
I eat over 6oz of almonds a day :)
I get peanuts from the vending machine pretty often, lel. We buy peanuts and stuff and I eat the **** out of those. Even though they are an incomplete source of protein, if I recall correctly.
I eat a bag of cashews a day soo good.... gotta love planters
