Current mass gainer I'm taking (Max's MGXP) has vitamins and minerals (http://www.maxs.com.au/index.php?sectionID=1611&pageID=4211), do I still need a multivitamin or are those numbers sufficient?

Yeah you can take a multi with that I’d say. For example, there’s only 2.2mg of iron (per 100g serving) and the RDA for an adult is 18mg. Only 0.2mg of Zinc and the RDA is 11mg (per 100g serving). So unless you’re having a ton of these a day and eating a huge, diverse diet I’d be taking a multi too.
Don't worry, you shouldn't be overdosing and the fact that supplementing with a multi is debatable with regards to any benefits it's up to you whether you want to or not.
