How many grams of Cottage Cheese in a Cup

I only know the protein content of CC by the grams, does anyone know how much is in a cup?

i don't know. but try looking ont he back.

it should say serving size. "2 cups" "1 cup" half a cup"

and then it should say the grams in a serving size.

so if serving size is half a cup and it's 100 grams. it would be 200 grams for a cup of cottage cheese.

but i don't know what the acual thing is.
