I think I would have been able to triple 405 today otherwise but, it's all good. I seem to be coming around and it felt good to use the sling shot again. And we had a full house today.

Hey Wade....here some videos for ya, I didn't wanna hijack Jeremy's log with it. But thought you might slightly enjoy. These are from a bench meet I did in Oct of 05, out in Queens NY, when I trained with Shawna Mendelson. The guy handing off to me is my longtime training partner (and now neighbor) Troy Langone, who also used to train at Iron Island back in the day with John Bott when Dr. Ken owned it. I also had met John Bernor at this meet and became friends with. Really good guy. He's been training raw and should be doing the RAW Unity meet, I wouldn't be surprised if he hit a 900 raw squat. One of the strongest squatters I have ever seen.

LOL....thanks. The back tattoo, at least the middle part is the skull logo on the shoulder of Boba Fett's armor. Yeah, I am a big Star Wars nerd.
I was told I could bench 700 quite a few times by quite a few people. LOL....oh well....
But even though I hated shirt benching, I liked the Inzer DD, I hated the Rage X. Actually hated any poly shirt, especially when a few ripped on me. Though probably the best fitting shirt I ever had was a Karin's. I still have one in the package I ordered and never even opened.

Not that I had a TON of shirts, but to me, by far it was the best fitting. Which it should be she took alot more measurements than Inzer used. I would send Inzer the exact same measurements each time and always got a different fitting shirt. Inzer would send Shawna a box of shirts and I'd be lucky if one fit OK.

I probably would be considering how much I paid for the shirt. But luckily I don't believe she made knee sleeves. LOL! But either way, its money lost since I never wore it and probably will never will. Especially since I am quite sure it won't fit now.

Putting my deadlift to shame since forever

I'm still having to work. I haven't used this kind of weight in some time. I used to do 3 sets of 6 because I had got to the point of doing 585x6. But, I'll never see those days again. I've decline 3 weeks in a row heavy which is not common either because of not enough people or my knee. We had, including me. 9 and both power racks rollling this morning. If I can get it back up to 545x6, I might be able to give it a good go.
Remember, I still far out weigh you, yeah, I'm alot stronger but, the weight counts and it's only time. When you truly embrace and get the form, your pull will explode.
