D-Aspartic Acid and Aromatase inhibitors...Opinions Needed. Thx

Hello all and thx in advance for your comments and opinions...here we go:
The brief - I have been lifting for the last 2 yrs in a very serious manner, which in this case doesn't really matter. Always stayed away from any Test Boosters•Aromatase Inhibitors•Estrogen Blockers•Prohormones and Steroidal Compounds at all because I really want to achieve my goals but don't want to screw my health more, I mean I smoke a lot, drink weekends and using marijuana on daily basis ;) although I have seen a big improvement in my body comp, because always stayed commited to gym and dieting...Now off to tHe subject
Don't know why and how come but I jumped into a container of DAA from Muscle farm I believe, anyways is just pharma grade DAA without any additives. I have ran that container at about 1scoop and a half, twice a day. I finished the whole container which is 100 scoops so it has lasted for about 30 days approx. At that time I wasn't too convinced that DAA would rise TEST levels at all so I kept taking it automatically without paying any special attention. Now container finished and I got a gift for my bday another container of the same substance :) and reakized approx at same time that the container I took firstly actually brought some visual results, chest nicely popped, arms well defined abdominal fat decreased and etc...not huge but still noticable results...which right away brought my attention if I had to run an aromatase inhibitor or serm along with it or at least since I decided not to take the 2nd container, at least after it to decrese aromatase process. It has been a week since I stopped DAA but really scared of gyno now, especially after reading some ppl thoughts that this may be an isuue with DAA and also I am a big hypohondriac :(
So I decided that I want some help with decreasing estro but deffinitely not going to run a pharma drug, means no Nolvadex, Lestro or any other drug because of side effects concerns...
I researched natural ways to help and bought so many bottles supposedly to help a little

<Saw palmetto and pygeum to contra the test to dht conversion and possible hair loss - love my hair and want to keep it

What do you think, I am almost sure I dnt want dim because of potential increase if dht levels whuich can contribute to hairloss.
Now considering that DAA isn't pRohormone or steroidal substance and I think test levels can't jump too high I think this natural estro blockers and decreaser shell do the job to stay clear from gyno. Or I should consider nolvadex, which I really don't want to.

It contains a potent natural AI, as well as a full 300mg of I3C/day to help ensure you retain low, but healthy estrogen levels

I'm currently taking DAA powder without any AI's, so far haven't noticed any jump in estrogen

Blood work showing the decrease in estrogen and the increase in testosterone from taking Triazole.

Triazole + DAA + Macuna/AX for help with Prolactin would be badass.

i am taking 6 grams of DAA per day with 4 triazoles, have been doing so for the last 35 days feel great and no negative side effects as of yet.

I3C reduces the conversion of Estrogen to "bad estrogens", such as 16-alpha-hydroxyestrone. I3C represses the E2 activated estrogen receptor signaling, of course this is dose dependent.

Nonetheless, Reversitol V2, as well as Lights Out (for L-Dopa content), are both great, top tier choices for regulating total PRL when stacked with DAA.

6g is unnecessary, 3g is plenty.

I certainly wasnt being negative. I have helped a few others before and so have other friends where we spend a bit of our personal time helping with workouts and diets just to have it all be be for nothing. So when I see a lot of bad habits, I think those should be a starting point. I have a hard time taking someone as being committed when they have a couple unhealthy habits that are counter productive to workout lifestyle.

I agree on my bad habbits, but let me deal and manage them on my self. Thanks for being concerned though, I am fully aware of how bad they are and how would affect my workouts and life in general. Now disregarding this bad habits do you have an input on the subject itself?
My main question is the fore mentioned list with natural aromatase inhibitors
and estrogen lowering compounds is quite Enough or I rather go for smthg stronger?

A great combo is daa and something like Purus labs daa powder and recycle (lowers estrogen). You just want to lower your estrogen some, not kill it. Lower it too much and bad things happen. So just stick with otc supplements and follow the directions on the label. Those I mentioned is a rather popular combo

Thanks for commenting and so thanks everyone else who contributed.
So for now I stick with the herbal stuff and hope that it would to the trick...plus I see many ppl go for DAA without AI or Serm so heerbs should be fine...although trizole looks good

Quick question, how long did u cycle it cuz I just got some and was going to start on it tomorrow. Heard of people doing 1 month, 6-8wks. Not sure how long I should cycle it. Anyone?

yes, this is why I said "low but healthy levels" as in he'd retain the positive forms, while eliminating the negative forms

It certainly has been. However, the boost in test you get from something like Act-x/Triazole (I base this off of personal blood tests + a number of others) or Bioforge (though I haven't seen numbers on this), is greater than the numbers I have seen for DAA. Also takes care of your estrogen control, as I personally would not use DAA without estrogen control and prolactin control (if past 4 weeks).

Not that I dislike DAA, as I like it a lot. I just think it is best use with other things, most notably an AI of some form and Macuna/L-dopa for prolactin.

is an ai neccessary?

Why not something like Core Test? with an AI in it?

I personally prefer 6 weeks staked with Inhibit-P for the last 4, but that's just me.

Are you saying that the extra estrogen upregulates aromatase expression via some ERR binding?
