I was working out my biceps on monday. I did about 4-5 exercises to failure. I havnt worked my biceps in 2 weeks so since tuesday I have not been able to fully extend my arm without pain. Do you think its just DOMS or overtraining?

Normally 3-4 excercises is enough for biceps, and never go to complete failure on your first few sets, only on the last set or two, next STRETCH between sets and after the overall workout, and I mean like 30 secs per arm. But odds are its just DOMS but it could be a little of both.
Haha i remember when i first trained biceps after not trining for 7 months or so. Extending my arm was impossible, I had to slowly stretch it out, to extend, hurt like a bitch but yeah, it will go away soon, just keep slowly stretching it as you extend. Or hold on to a rail and lean back and stretch your arms.

Yeah I guess i'll just keep slowly stretching it out. Hopefully its just DOMS.

i would also try to cut it down to only 3 excercises for a few weeks.
I ain't no doctor but I'd say you'll live. It's just DOMS, not overtraining.

Yeah I think i'll do that too.
Wow man I remember that.. was such an intense amazing pain when I would force my arm down.
Ahh to be just starting out.
