Haha yeah...it's old but they still probably should change that given their stance on PH.
He also recommended 10g of creatine/day, glutamine and BCAA supplementation to go alongside PH use.
You decide if he's credible or not.

I know but they should be responsible of the information they give. it should be addressed
have they made an official stance on ph's? I haven't seen one.

I'm not really sure, i thought they banned people from the forums for talking about them...Maybe ppl only get banned by asking about where you can get them.
