[b]Ingredients[/b][list]4 eggs[*]1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract[*]1/4 teaspoon salt[*]1/2 cup almond flour[*]1/2 cup coconut flour[*]2 cups splenda[*]2 sticks of butter (2 cups)[*]3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder[*](optional) 1 tablespoon flour[/list]
[b]Instructions[/b][list=1]heat up your oven to 350[*]heat up the butter so that it is melted[*]mix the cocoa and splenda[*]add the butter[*]mix[*]in a separate bowl beat the 4 eggs and add the vanilla[*]add the eggs[*]mix[*]in a separate bowl combine the flours and salt (use a strainer if the almond flour is chunky... i couldn't find mine so that why you see specks of stuff in the pics[*]add the mixed flours to the liquid mix and stir [*]if the mix is too dry then add a bit of water[*]put in pan. put some parchment paper on top and press down so that it's even, take off parchment paper[*]put in oven for about 30 minutes[/list]

can you make coconut flour as you would make almond flour?
or does it come ready made?
i've not seen it here in any of the stores (here meaning malaysia) but we have dessicated coconut all over the place.

Nice looking recipe! Haven't made them yet, but the macros I came up with are:
Cut into 16 brownies each would have 153 cals, 14.4g fat, 3g carbs, 1.6g fiber, 2.8g protein. That is a lot of butter, if there was a way to sub that for something a little lighter we could cut quite a few cals. Any ideas?

I was going to ask about the butter. I'm in the UK so it may be "lost in translation" but does the recipe call for 2 cups of butter in it's solid form? Do you have a rough weight for that in grams?
The recipe looks interesting and the brownies look pretty moist so I wouldn't mind giving it a go, I just need clarification on the butter. :)

Looks like 2 sticks weighs approx 225g.
