the reason i ask is because i remember when i had a normal nose, age 18, and when i started cycling a few years later my nose has gotten progressively larger and more bulbous? does this have any correlation? you know how some people go through puberty and their nsoes get bigger. is going on a cycle essentially the same thing?

Nose/Ears grow as we age, hence why most old people all have big ears/noses.
Hands get thicker too.

Will always be small, sorry little fella.
HGH is the only drug that will give you new cells to volumize and hypertrophy. That said, it is probably not from test.

As you age your features may become more distinguished. My nose looks bigger now than it did in my latter teens.
Estrogen and testosterone are involved in cartilage growth. Unfortunatly untill the end of your life your nose and ears will keep growing.
Need pics to determine whether test causes it.
