Should I continue cutting or begin bulking?
I have included pictures from this week on my off day so there's no pump. On another thread a couple guys guesstimated my bf % at about 12%. I'm doing the Arnold Blueprint and can tell I'm getting gains but I feel like I'm getting small overall.
A. Would you guys recommend my continue to cut? if so, what bf % should I begin bulking again?
(Note I'll be going on a cruise in a little over a month)
B. Do you agree on my Bf % I was given?
