For shoulders I do YTWL every time I do upper body. Been good since.
I read this article yesterday [url]http://joshhamiltonfitness.com/s-h-i-t-training[/url] cause i was googling Kane's workout rountine. I decided to try this routine out today for my back day. I basically modified it to do 5 lat exercises for 3 sets per exercise in 15 min then rested for 10 min and did 5 rowing exercises for 3 sets per exercise in 15 min.
Now 10 hours later I am so sore it's not even funny. It feels like the day I went to the gym and did my first back workout. I think I'm going to do 1 body parts a week now with this type of routine. I definitely had to drop a lot of weight by the time I was on my 3rd exercise but the pump was like woah

I lost a couple of pounds over the holidays, so that's my cut :D
Still doing a slow bulk because I have a couple of lifting races I'm in. Hard to cut and gain strength at the same time.

Honestly... I want to hover around 190-195 if possible... maybe around 8-10% BF.
I have from now up until September to cut, maintain, cut, and etc...
However, looking at the BF % that I want to be at, I might be a lot lighter than 190 :(

I swear. Since I started doing early morning workouts fasted, craze works even better than it did before. I've been completely focused and have had very good workouts.

I've used Assault. It was my pre before craze. Okay but nothing special. I'm about to order a tub of Recon for recovery. It'll be the first time I try it.

What are your guys calorie intake when cutting? My first 3 weeks I was doing 1300-1500 then the next 3 weeks I was at 1800-2100 now for the last week I'm at 2300-2550. I'm basically not losing or gaining weight usually a + or - 1 pound but each day that passes my abs seem to be more and more visible.
Dam 3 degrees this morning.
Busted out delts and abs this morning, time to get serious with the cut.
JB I usually stay between 1800-2100 I don't like to venture to far off from there and typically adjust my cardio if I taper down.

jb, i'm starting my serious cut now and at 1900 calories a day.
just bought C4 for my pre w.o. only used it twice so far and have to say i'm kind of disappointed. had high hopes for it since chris jones is a fan of it but its still early. used white flood prior to this and liked it much better.
