yea i'm up to 1800 cals, i may go up more not sure prob go to 2k next week

This will be my new Routine for the next 4 months
Full Body 3 days a week, maybe some cardio on the off days
Back squat 5x5
Bench press 5x5
Deadlift 5x5
Standing Military Press 5x5
Pull Ups 3x8
45-degree back extension 3x8
Calf Exercise 2x15
This is the routine Iv been doing since October . Works great . I did cardio after each workout and ran on the treadmill on the off days .
