For the last few weeks, I have been mixing my ON Creatine with my post workout protein shake. I also have a banana post workout. Does this seem okay, or is there a better way/time to take it? Thanks in advance!

Creatine is best absorbed post-workout. They saw a liquid is better than a banana post-workout because it's very slow when digesting. I would go with Whey, Creatine, 10oz of Water, Honey and Oats! Perfect shake.

Perfectly ok. Most post w/o formulas have creatine in them. You should be ok. If you are on the go and have to grab something quick, a banana is fine. But if you have time to eat at home, try the honey and oats w/your shake!
bros, it makes no significant difference WHEN you take creatine so long as you take it consistently.

^this is also true. I take a small bit of creatine when I drink every bottle of water and shakes of course.
Its fine, just make sure you don't have ur creatine premixed cause it breaks down in water making it toxic
not instantly, but over time
