Prolonged use of pre workout supplements.
Hi guys, just been thinking alot about what the title says. I have currently been taking 2 scoops of jack3d before my workouts ( 5x week ). I have been doing this for over a year to be honest with maybe 2 weeks off due to deload/rest weeks. Despite this i still get that "buzz" from my servings.
The past few days i have went without my jack3d during my workouts. Dont get me wrong they werent terrible but i just didnt have that same focus/drive. The reason i have stopped is i am worried about long term use of pre's and how it may affect my body. I feel its starting to effect my workouts because im always thinking about it!
Basically my question is do you guys think jack3d or any other pre's for that matter are bad for you long term and should i try and cycle off despite still getting an effect from my 2 scoops.
