scott herman obviously cycles steroids or hormones if you look at him in some of his videos, he also hasnt got a clue about real fitness and bodybuilding, hes sponsored by bsn thats when i lost respect for him. scott is takes roids to look like that, veins and the filled out chest and slight droop are sings of hormonal activity, steroids. he doesnt use them in high dosages like people like ronnie or jay do but he still uses them. example of bad technique his seated row. scott abel is the youtube best and he admits to using drugs in his days but not anymore and his training is based on natural lifter.

Those of you saying Scott is "not strong" and needs to "bulk up". When the hell are you smoking? Okay, so he doesn't have a great deadlift. Last time I checked one lift doesn't define you're strength. I can hardly squat 200 pounds, but I excel in the rest of my lifts.
And for god sakes, how does he look weak? Not everyone is ****ing Ronnie Coleman

Okay, deadlift is one of the BIG 3 that do determine whether or not you're strong
second of all someone posted a vid of him dumbell pressing 125 with half RoM and just 1 rep, pathetic, I can do that and I've been working out 8 months, I'm 180 lbs, and moderately fat. So that's pathetic. Oh BTW I deadlift more than him too
Also, he can't even do 1 squat, only half squats, which means he's probably never squatted in his life; pathetic
All in all, he's weak as sh y t, scooby's 50, it took him that long to get a crappy misproportionate body like that with little to no knowledge on anything? everything he spouts out of his mouth is wrong

I disagree with some of scoobys stuff like throwing out egg yolks and only eating whites so you done consume the fat, stupid stuff like that. Also most of his routines are **** eg. Being able to do 10pullups + 20pushups means your ready for his advanced 5DAW routine. lulwut?

Scott Herman is not a bodybuilder, he's a fitness model. There is a difference. I prefer Scott, his 'Tssssss' noises will never be as annoying as Scooby's voice.
