This is my current workout, and I'm making solid gains in everything, except for my arms. What would you guys change up?

Unfortunately, I am a massive fatty and only have fatceps instead of biceps, but my point still stands.

Big arms? Keep nailin PRs on squats and deadlifts. Your arms will grow.

From your picture your ARM is proportional to your body, so unless you add more mass, it won't grow much.

Sarcasm or broscience?
Either way there is no scientific evidence that supports the claim that "squatting releases hormones that increases growth all over the body", like many teens on this forum claim.
