I am get 300 pills of L-Carnitine and i am hearing from a lot of people that it is best to take it pre workout. I also hear it is good to take it in the morning when you first wake up. Now i eat about an hour before my workout each day. so my first question is would it be ok to take it with a meal or about 15 minutes afterwards? and my second question is dosage? should i take 1000mg pre workout and 500mg upon waking up in the morning? any help would be appreciated
