Which in your opinion and through your results is the better choice?
Red acid by far. I've used Lipo. I'm currently using red acid and I've seen better results in four days with red acid, then I saw with an entire bottle of Lipo 6. I used the same amount of cardio and the same diet for both too.
I have used Lipo before and got some ok results with it nothing amazing though, but I've never tried Red Acid.
If your looking to cut I would give it a try. Its a great product.

You cannot evaluate a supplement in 4 days!!! Especially a fat burner.
Red Acid hasn't been out long enough to truly evaluate it's effectiveness.
I've heard mostly negative reviews on both, Lipo 6 has gotten a reputation as somewhat of a joke around here.
I've used Lipo 6 stacked with ephedrine and it's worked pretty well. By itself, however, I'm not sure that it's so great. The problem, of course, is that if you have a supplement that is a potent stimulant and thermogenic in its own right, it may be too much to throw in extra ephedrine. I like Lipo 6, because with the exception of the yohimbine in it, it doesn't clash with the ephedrine too much. The simple truth is that the ephedra-free fat burners, by themselves, just aren't as good. For people willing to take the risks of taking ephedrine, I think it's best to find products that are compatable with ephedrine and stack them.

im interested in this too since i have been on red acid for just about two weeks now and havent noticed a thing. i made a thread about it and took the advice given in the thread, however i still dont notice much of a difference. no increase in body temperature, no better focus -- not bashing the product or saying it doesnt work since its still only been two weeks, but i too am curious to know what he saw in just 4 days time

How can you tell if ephedrine would interact with something that you are taking...with all of the warnings they put on fat burners now---all of them say to not take w/ E or Pseudo E...I am trying Redline at the moment...any advice on whether you can add E to this?
with the red acid im only four days in and I lost 5 1/2 punds so far, without losing any muscle

yea because my arms and chest have gained size since i started too, because im taking green bulge as well

Yeah I don't think so. Do know how many calories you have to burn to loose one pound of fat.

You may have lost 5.5 lbs on the scale, thats very possible but you did not lose 5.5 lbs of fat in 4 days. Thats impossible AND if you did it's not because you took Red Acid for 4 days.

You can bet 4lbs of those 5.5 is water.

I have done six cycles of Lipo-6 and have to say it is very effective as long as your diet and training/cardio regimine are in check.

Simple, do not take Ephedrine with any supplement that contains Yohimbine.

i took lipo-6 over the 05' summmer...lost about 12 pounds, w/ minimal strength loss.
the end of the 3rd week of an 8 week red acid cut is comin up, and in terms of weight loss, i've seen better results in these 3 weeks then i did the whole summer with lipo-6. i also didn't like the jittery feeling i got from the lipo6...there were many workouts that i had to cut short due to feeling like i was gonna puke/pass out, and i have never experienced a jittery feeling from the red acid, except for the very first day but that is understandable.
never taken red acid but lipo 6 did nothing for me. also-im a small female, and took the max dose, so you would think it would hit me pretty hard, all it did was keep me up at night. gugguls bad 4 u, but if your gonna take something with it, i liked vpx redline alot better.
ECA is the best, though.

I would have to disagree, it has been out long enough for alot to use and see results and give pos or neg feed back.... their must be atleast 30+ redacid logs on this site if not more...i think 30logs would tell you all you need to know on redacid & weather or not it works! ;)

correct, it has been out for months and people are up to day 70 or more in the 90 day logs. gresh has a good long log going with great results.
To the thread starter, I agree that it is not all fat that you lost, but probably a combination of water and fat. Make sure to drink a lot (1-2 gallons) when you take the Red Acid.

I would go with Lipo 6 if you ask me. I have used it before with decent results.
