My trainer has put me on a low carb diet for 2 weeks. His logic is that I'll lose the fat layer and get a more toned look. I weigh 100 pounds. Daily intake carbs - 100g, proteins 75-80g, fat 30g. I lift 3 times a week. I'm getting married in 2 weeks therefore the diet change. I used to take 165g of carbs. Does a low carb diet make sense?
