A lot. Like, woah.. they fry all their stuff in what I assume is vegetable oil, on top of butters, etc..
I could be completely wrong, but I am pretty sure its calorie and sodium overkill. A plate like that can easily be upwards of 1000.

somewhere between0 and infiniti
Depends on serving size of beef, broccoli, rice, chowmein, amount of oil used, amount of oil you actually end up consuming, type of beef, type of rice, type of sauces, quantity of sauces
Well, in comparison, Panda Express Broccoli Beef is 250 calories, most of the other entrees are around 350-500 though and their fried rice, chow mien, white rice are all around 400-450 calories. They give you decent sized servings too.
Though, Panda doesn't really count as Chinese.

Well i ate at ricebowl...
i just really want too know whats the most reasonable amount of calories it contains, about like 1500..would that be too low?? or around their.
Because so far today i ate 800 plus whatever the chinese food is. Fitday recomends i eat 3200 a day....
option1: get something healthy (steamed chicken and veggies)
option2:Get whatever high calorie dish you want, stop trying to fit it into your macros, and enjoy it a your cheat meal

I guess since its already inside me, i will take option numer 2. I feel guilty for eating it though...Eh.

hey thanks man...it came out to around 1250...so that means i took in around 2250 today...fitday says i burn off around 3200...so im still at a thousand cal def if i listen to fitday..
Woo!
depends on what dish you have, but most are calorie dense and greased up (lots of fat)
if you only eat the meat and veggies it could work as a cheat meal for keto
