How many times per week you be able to work biceps without going into overtraining? I only do one all out set of dumbell curls. Would I be able to do that 3 times per week or would that be too much?

You could easily get away with more frequency dependant on the volume used but i personally prefer to have an arm day in which i can use a high amount of volume. This just works better for me.

I personally work my bi's twice a week but i think im going to bump it up to 3 times a week. I feel like im not working them enough. Just my input.
you can work any muscles any days of the week, it depends on the volume you do per workout.
1 set of curls, you could do that every day most likely.
Dont train them more than twice a week. I only hit them directly once a week with 6-7 sets and indirectly once a week training back.
keep the rep range 6-10
My biceps are big so i suggest you take the advice.
heres a good routine for them
2 sets Standing Barbell Curls 6-8
2 sets Preacher Curls 6-8
2 sets Hammer Curls 6-8
i do them twice a week. some people do them 1x/week, others 2/x, and others more. personally i feel 2x a week is good. and i keep the volume pretty high too.
