am i failing at cutting? Am I still fat for bodybuilding?
anyone notice a difference?

Im getting very frustrated. The only difference I notice is the elimination of the gut....I need to cut down to 170 for im 178
Im eating right...doing cardio.....WHY am I having trouble cutting.
And I eat at less than my daily intake....at a deficiency
What pisses me off is people in the real world...think I am muscular.
