Coffee on an empty stomach. Usually 2 cups does it for me but you can drink more if you want.
C4 celluar, juggernaut
i just down like 4.5g beta alanine pre workout. or, rarely, a monster energy drink
I use c4 from cellucor and i think its great. It gets me to the energy level i want to be at and keeps me there for the duration of the workout (at least 3 hours)

How the hell can you workout for 3 hours???
No-bull****-additive Caffine pills(unless it don't do anything for you). Less than 10 cents = 2 cups of coffee. Love jacked but really seeing no difference since I swapped past few weeks.

Get some pure 1-3 have a nail size serving srs. And mix it with thermodynamic jet omg
food, blue monster (probably has no effect I just like the taste), coffee, ******** works for me. I feel coffee more than any energy drink or supplement.
I take NO Shotgun, and I love it, on my third container. It's got beta alanine in it, which you can take by itself or with something.
Stimmed: white flood, craze, fierce, assault w/ 1,3 razor 8, muscle marinade, launch
Non stim: ultima, hemavol, body octane
