i burn 1200 calories during a 2 hour cardio session
Yes, or your money back.
Well yes but its much easier said than done... Get some protein in your diet too if you plan on not losing muscle too.
What kind of cardio burns 1000-1200 calories in 2 hours?
No, you need some bodyfat to live bud. Your gonna hurt yourself doing what your doing right now.

That's a weird way to commit suicide.
2 hours of running would definately burn 1000-1200 calories... 30 minutes of running burns 375-425.
Though i doubt anyone could run for 2 full hours per day
cardio for more than an hour is counter productive anyway.

It also depends on your weight.

1200 calories total MAYBE, and you mgiht not realize how much your body adapts to prevent u from burninign 2 much calories in prolonged periods of cardio, but 1200 additional calories meaning your basalmetabolic right +1200 is not likely.
yeah right if u run 10 miles your gonna smoke 1000 calories at least
that takes under 2 hours
but no your not guranteed
Doing that you'll probably lose some muscle too. The trick with losing fat is to lose it fast enough, but not so fast that you're eating your muscle up. There is a whole section on losing fat, take a look at it.
Just thaught I'd clarify...

That actually depends on each individual. For some, more then 40 minutes of straight up cardio will be counter productive.
I'm glad you mentionned it though
you seem to be in the rush to lose weight for the summer craze. Slow down there and take it one step a time ... you're going to hurt yourself by going to such extremeties. And given your low calorie diet, you really think you can run two hours everyday?
are you guys kidding? 10 miles will easily burn 1000 cals.
